Today we finished up with our Winter Wonders unit. This week week focused on animals and how they behave in winter. We learned about hibernation and migration. For a fun celebration, our 3s brought their own "bears" to school. Truth be told, some brought bears, some brought lizards, hippos, dinosaurs, and more...which I think made this day ever better! I love they got to choose and really brought their best buddy to school today.

We introduced them to our friends and talked about what makes each one special.
"This hippo is pink".
This bear "has been to Disney World"
Then we shared the "Teddy Bear, Teddy Bear" action rhyme.
You should have seen those bears touch the sky!
Finally, the lights went out and the bears went o sleep.
SHHHH, don't wake the bears!
