Today our Sunshine 4s celebrated our Grandparents and special family members. We invited them to school to play with us and eat breakfast.
Our families waited patiently for us to arrive...
There were BIG hugs all around :)
The boys and girls were so happy to see these special family members at school!
The children made a list of what grandparents do and we shared them with the group.
Here are just a few...
Grandparents: "Sit in the house",
"Take you to Walmart to get Icees",
"Drink milk before they take their medicine".
Priceless....
Made our hearts smile for sure!
Mrs. Regina asked a nice blessing,
And then we "helped" the grandparents get their breakfast.
We promised not to eat their food, but I think I saw a few muffins being sneaked around!
Finally, we visited our classroom and showed everyone how we work in centers.
A huge thank you to all of our guests for making this a great day at preschool. Special thanks to the the Debnam and Brooks families for helping us with the event.
